Rejected petition Revoke unfair Trademark on the words 'I Love You To The Moon and Back'
More details
According to various sources; Walker Books will take action on people using the phrase "I LOVE YOU TO THE MOON AND BACK'
It transpires that they are looking at taking action on people, who use the words "I Love You To The Moon and Back' on any product, even those not directly linked to the book.
Even The Intellectual Property Office at Gov.uk, disagree with Walker Books stance.
WE would like parliament to overturn this unfair and in our opinion incorrect trademark?
To assist small businesses and crafters who have used and heard this phrase well before it was trademarked.
