Rejected petition stanton primary lack of funding

Stanton primary school in south Derbyshire is overcrowded and not large to be able to deal with the amount of young children here.
They seem to have a lack of funding and hardly any teachers capable of dealing with children who are having a hard time at school.
I would like to look at doing something about this not just for my child but any others having the same problem you could easily build more classrooms there and more teachers to help the situation.
