Rejected petition hull city council to allow small takeaways seating and tables with out an extra toilet

Hull city council has a silly law that takeaways can't have tables and seating together, without an extra toilet for customers, but you can have one or the other. To me hull city council sounds anti business to the small company's trying to make a living. I wish for the government revoke that law so small independent company's can have table seating on there premises
