Life should mean life imprisonment for Murder. Too often someone is given a "life" sentence with a "minimum" tariff to be served when they have committed the most heinous crime - that of murder for no justification or "reason", e.g. self defence of self, family or property. Life imprisonment should mean a whole life tariff for all but in the most restricted circumstances as outlined above.
