Third party operators such as British Passport Services need shutting down or at the very least have strict operating guidelines that ensures unknowing individuals truly understand that they ARE NOT the offiacial UK Government department.
There are hundreds of people who fall foul of their cleverly misleading and over persuasive website!

Something can, and indeed should be done about the trading rules of these companies!
