To charge all rioters with a mandatory charge or minimum charge of £10,000 for the damage they have caused, so far in london and birmingham and other cities, or make them pay 25% of their wage for the next 20 years of their lives.
Otherwise us taxpayers are going to have to pay for this, which we can't afford, i'm sure they can afford to pay, after all they have stolen hundreds of thousands of pounds of goods and cost our economy millions. Take a stand against criminals and stop punishing us victims!
