Rejected petition Grace Darling to be subject of new banknote
More details
Grace Darling was a courageous women who saved several lives putting to sea on a night when many men would not have ventured out. The RNLI was formed as a result of her actions. She deserves proper recognition. Putting her on the reverse of a banknote would be a nice way to move towards doing that.
