Petition Volunteers to get cetain rights to file Employment Tribunal claims

Volunteers should be allowed to use the legal and impartial systhem of the Employment Tribunal as a shield to certain grievances afflicted to them when working for their company. Like the Discrimination Laws as a protection against false accusations, hate incidents, and disciplinary hearings - (after being wrongly accused), especially in situations where they had to carry full responsibility for their company.
If Volunteers can't expect benefits, at least they should not be made to suffer without being able to defend themselves.
