I witness too many young people who leave school and think popping out a child or two is an occupation. These people create children for all the wrong reasons and it's irresponsible. They've no intention of ever working.

I would like the government to introduce a minimum level of contributions, through income tax, that must be paid before benefits are dished out.

The hope is these idiots will act more responsably and not automatically assume they are entitled to receive handouts.
