I want the environment agency to investigate the continued devastation caused by Otters to fish stock on the rivers: namely Kennet,Stour,Thames and tributaries.Hand reared Otters continue to be released into the wild by conservationists and the impact of so many of them without natural breeding territories and groups, is having a devastating effect to many different species of fish.Otters do not simply kill for food and consequently it is a regular occurrence to see a mutilated but uneaten fish on the river bank.No fish=no anglers=no revenue.
