THE GOVERMENT TO HAVE PET CATS MOVEMENTS RESTRICTED TO THEIR
OWNERS PROPERTY ONLY,BETWEEN THE MONTHS OF APRIL TO AUGUST,THE MAIN
NESTING AND FLEDGLING TIMES
THIS WOULD HAVE A DRAMATIC AND
BENEFICIAL EFFECT ON BIRDS SAFETY
AND REPRODUCTION.
