To totally re-oragnise and optomise the UK military defence spending, required in order to protect and project our influence as a global power.
To Increase defence spending of the Royal Navy by 50 - 80% , gradually inline with manpower.
Not including additional government investments in permanent dockyards specialised in Naval construction , asserting the UK's place in the world as leading producer of advanced weaponry and ship-building.
Securing 1000s skilled british jobs in the shipbuilding industry, and our ability to protect its global trade, which relies 95% on the oceans. An Increase in spending, and recruitment man also be required amongst the other milliatry branches to support the transition.

A compensatory reduction in the numbers of full time Armed forces recruitment . Or more likely the reassignment of infantry roles . Taking into consideration the inefficiency of cost and in labour, and the transition of creating a modern millitary force
