As a CEO the ultimate responsibility for what your company does falls to you.
The CEOs of all the banks who partook in dubious financial transactions and brought the world economy to its knees have walked away without any punishment and, even worse, after being bailed out by the Public Purse are still receiving bonuses for not losing as much as the previous year.
These individuals should be prosecuted, jailed, and their assets confiscated.
