Rejected petition legalise cannabis in UK

Start by thinking how much the government spends a year chasing fine letters/ organisation of court dates issued to cannabis users when they could be making millions on VAT a year from this by setting up cannabis cafés. There are many uses for cannabis and paper from hemp is the main. Please help by signing my petition for us pot smokers and also yourselves. Thanks
