Our NHS is struggling by treating everyone who comes into our country.
When we go abroad, we have to have insurance to pay for treatment, if we can't pay, we do not receive treatment.
The NHS was set up for British Nationals who pay their taxes, not for the world who want some free treatment.
Unless you have an NHS card, you should pay for all services you want to receive from the NHS, that way money is being put back into our treasured services and we can afford more services to be provided.
No money? No Service. Simple
