Blake was neglected and abused through his life, Blake was neglected not only by his parents but by agencies, ie, police, school, doctors, hospital, and social services.
Nobody has been charged with Blake's death and looks like nobody will, please could uou all sign this petition to get this overturned, we need to let the cps to take another look into this and get justice for this boy.
