I will like the Government to forget about the old system of seeking job references from previous employers as these does not help to gain a new job, as well as the seeking of old system of counter signatory of passports forms and other form of identification because someone like me have been facing serious problems in which some people are using those opportunity to enslaves other people who asked them to stand as counter signatory of documents or former employers who jealous that certain employees are moving to more reputable higher post in another company. I believed DBS or CRB should be enough to serve as reference.
