Closed ban stock market shorting

BAN SHORTING market trading on the alternative investment market (AIM). To create a more even trading platform. Small Pi traders have to use their own money, Shorters borrow shares and never spend a penny. therefore shorters never take risk with their own money just steal smaller traders investments by manipulation.
THUS MAKING THE AIM AN UNEVEN TRADING PLATFORM. Banning shorting would Be good for all and BRITAIN.
Europe has not stopped shorting without good reason
