I and many other rail users in the North West are sick of being crammed into train carriages and made to stand up because there are no seats available. we are not cattle. a refund of 50% of the fare when there are no seats available would make the rail companies deal with this problem .I want the Government to force rail companies to put more trains on to ensure safety and comfort for the paying public after all they receive subsidies.
