The Government should make the BBC set up two new digital TV channels, one targeted to the small business owner to educate them learn how to manage their affairs and the second targeted to the average person in the street to educate them how to make money from the internet and internet businesses. The BBC could possibly set up a third channel to teach people how to manage stock market and forex investment well too.
