The Public Processions (NI) Act 1998 is inequitable and unfair legislation.
It undermines basic civil liberties and unduly restricts freedom of assembly.
We urge Her Majesty's Government to replace this unbalanced legislation with a fair and equitable system for the regulation of parades.
