Petition to see the entire cost of repairing the damage done to London's boroughs (and elsewhere), including compensation for homes, shops and businesses, to be met directly from money allocated to welfare payments in those very boroughs on a pro-rata basis.

Law abiding, hard working taxpayers should not be forced to fund the rioting of an unlawful, benefit addicted underclass.
