There is a lot of noise around engaging young persons in industry, unfortunately there appears to be little coordination

Lack of clear communication, duplication and ineffective actions are major costs which are demotivating our youth

I call on the UK Government to engage with the Prince's Trust to fund a project to co-ordinate activities in the interests of UK's youth

Only by working together towards a UK vision of youth engagement will we sustain this Great country of ours
