Important:

This petition was submitted during the 2010-2015 parliament

Rejected petition It should be assumed that Fathers and Mothers have shared parenting after separation with no party favoured over the other.

More details

Shared parenting should be a basic right after separation. The current law favours mothers and encourages mothers to RESTRICT access as much as possible. The more access the mother restricts, the more money she gets! This is a disgusting state of affairs and needs to be changed urgently.
