Rejected petition Increase the Size of Garages for New Residential Housing

A new law to ensure that all new residential properties built is Wales with either an integral or separate garage(s) must be a suitable size in order to garage modern family vehicle(s). Standard garages have not increased in size over the years whilst vehicles have and as a result, no one can park their cars in their garages. Simply drive around any modern housing estate and view for yourself the size of modern vehicles parked outside of the family garage.
