It was with great regret following a large reduction in Sport NI funding that we today announced devastating cuts in our sports and recreation programmes. This will mean that the organisation will be forced to remove services from 7,000 of the 20,000 people we currently work with. We have also already reduced the number of staff we employ by 25% through natural wastage and redundancy.
