Britain has a culture popularity of Christians, Jews,Muslims,Hindus,sikh and Chinese.
Why can't Britain have public holidays for each religion to mark their respect an equality for each of the religion such as:

Hindus. 1 day off for Diwali
Muslims 3 days off for Eid which is twice a
year
Sikh 1 day off for Visakhi
Chinese 1 day off for their new year

Why is it we learn about these religions in school and college but yet we fail to cater for them to show we are a country of equality. Why is it we have days off for Christmas and we have schools that break up for Easter but yet no recognition for other religion. Wouldn't it be nice to have these religious holidays put into everyone's calendars and have a public day off work or school an spend time with your family.

We need to sign this petition people so we can make this happen and be equal in Britain. If we can get as many signatures to make this happen. America has already done this.
