Prevent job centers from pushing unsuitable job seekers in to attending security courses and overloading the security industry with unsuitable individuals in order to lower job seeker statistics, as this is putting not only vulnerable job seeker at risk but also any Door Supervisors they work with as well as venue staff and the general public, all of whom should be able to rely on the fact that the Door Supervisors protecting them have 'chosen' this profession as they are of the rare breed 'suited' to this profession, not some poor sod threatened with sanctions for refusing to attend and pass a course intended to force them in to obtaining a licence and ultimately a job which is unsuitable and potentially dangerous to both themselves and those they are charged with protecting.
