Prisons should be built in one or more West African Nations to house:
All foreign prisoners
All paedophiles
All contract killers

The prisons would be sparse and run by the African governments. Prisoners would be able to communicate with family members by Skype at alloted times.
Upon release foreign prisoners would not be permitted travel to the UK.
