Introduce a "PENSIONS SAVINGS ACCOUNT". Give people the choice of putting savings into an account specifically designed for pensions savings. Money put in by individuals and employers will not be taxed and you cannot get it out till a certain age. Transferable between traditional pension schemes and "PSA". Can contain cash, equities etc. Allows individuals to control their own pension savings and eliminates the expenses charged by current greedy companies. Compliments recent changes to pension laws.
