Every year stillborn children are born close to full term and are still counted as a misscarage not as a baby born dead. I want all parents of still born children over 24 weeks to have the right to a birth certificate. Still born children are put to rest as dead baby's and the parents should be able to have a birth certificate for there memory boxes if they feel the need!
