Students will already be in enough debt when they graduate and begin working without adding to this lack of money by forcing them to pay over the odds for their energy bills. This can easily be stopped by forcing the government to create legislation, making sure that student landlords take the right measures to make sure that students do not have to pay more than they need to for their energy bills.
