Petition Allow access to clean texts in English A-Level exams
More details
English examinations should not be a memory test of candidates, trying to remember quotes throughout a novel or poetry anthology with 2 or 3 other a-levels to consider is a pointless waste of time.
Allow students to have clean copies of their relevant texts in an exam to ensure a level playing field where candidates can concentrate on writing their best essay with the most relevant quotations, not wasting time recalling quotes they will never need again in their life.
