We believe that if signing up for a tv package etc is as easy as pressing a blue button then cancelling it should also have to be as straight forward.
it should be the law that you cannot overly complicate the cancellation process by insisting on phone calls, written letters etc.
If this is not possible then companies must insist that subscribing is only possible via the same methods used to request a cancellation.
