This is such a common sense thing to do which will exponentially improve the lives of dog owners who are constantly under threat from loose dogs which are trained to attack by their testicularly challenged owners, that THERE MUST BE A REASON POLITICIANS WILL NOT SUPPORT SUCH A MOVE. What is it that politicians get from withholding this protection from law abiding dog owners?
