Rejected petition Parents Equal Rights

More details

Mother and father should have equal rights over kid(s) upbringing, responsibility and access.

This is clearly discrimination between parents rights and human rights.

The process of child arrangement order for fathers through court is a very lengthy process, cost money and time of court for several proceedings.

The process is not clear and based on individual cases, which clearly is a issue in discrimination between mother and father rights over child(s).

I am British Bangladeshi I have been trying to see my 6 months old baby son for the past 5 months who is being cared by my wife at her elder brothers address, they do not allow me to contact my wife or know about my son in any form. I have no idea of my sons well being. We have a 7 years old daughter who lives with me and wants to know her brother but due to restriction and access she is helpless.

We should all understand clearly that the child would need both parents for the best upbringing.
