Closed low cost electricity from feed in tariff sources

To encourage the up take of feed in tariff sources. Solar wind hydro micro combined heat and power and anarobic digestion. The power company's that you registered to receive the feed in tarriff would only charge you the export rate for power you can't produce .house holders that can't afford the up front cost would get interest free loans currently if you export power you receive around four pence but if you have to use mains power it costs you around twelve to sixteen pence .saveing you eigth to twelve pence
