More policies to protect employees to ensure they are fairly treated at work and protect the from abusive managers.
Sometimes managers abuse of their authority and influence to mistreat and wrongly lead employees specially when to push them out of work. Improving the process of dealing with complaints at work to a more fair approach at work places should be thought.
