Pass legislation allowing a shoot to kill of rioters and arsonists who threaten the lives of others. Deal properly with rioters and make a start to changing the culture of the UK which currently is too weak to deal with these criminals. For too long weak liberal democarcy, human rights gone mad and politicians weakness has bred an underclass who are destroying society. Give them force and discipline before it gets any worse.
