I petition the government to bring in legislation allowing the halt of benefits payments to anyone found breaking the law. Including any public order offences, criminal damage, theft, assault, etc. The ban could last 3 months, 6 or 12 depending on the severity of the offence.

Community orders and Police cautions are insufficient as a deterrent. Hit these louts where it hurts!
