Given the recent acts of criminality by youths on the streets of our UK city streets it's time for the average citizen to have their say on the old topic of National Service. The 'apparent' demographic of those committing these offences in our society would suggest the time for this solution is now. This petition is asking only for a referendum for or against putting our youth into something that served previous generations well.
