Closed Change legislation by 2014 to ensure privately and publically employed workers get the full pension they signed up for

This petition calls for a change to pension and any other necessary laws to ensure that workers in britain from both the public and private sectors get the full pension they signed up for, even if the company or institution they work for goes bust.

This petition acknowledges that the Dutch government passed laws in the 1980s which enschrined this reasonable and just outcome for thier citizens and this petition requires our politicians to enact similar legislation in order to give the same basic rights to workers in Britain by no later than the end of 2014.
