Petition Businesses to be taxed not the working man

More details

Certain businesses owe 4 billion pounds in tax, and have been let off paying it. While fuel prices have risen and people are struggling to find work, pay rent/morgage and feed their familes. I want the government to make sure all businesses pay the tax they are meant to. If we have to pay tax and bail out the banks, they so should they!
