Instead of giving people who have never worked all the extra services, give them instead to people who have CONTRIBUTED.

So instead of FREE prescriptions, Cold Weather Payments, FREE dentists and the other FREEBIES that go to Income based (i.e. people who have never worked) and give these PERKS to people who paid into the system instead. Then those who haven't contributed won’t get the benefits of those who have worked and contributed.
