Given the global slowdown and the reduction in the size of the regular military, perhaps it is time to give the young a good sense of moral fibre and help revitalise a sense of community. This would release the regular military to help conduct other duties around the country/ world. I want the Government to begin a political process which would decide who should be enrolled and length of service.
