Riots such as the london riots are a war zone, but police are currently not doing enough either because of their superiors or simply because they don't have the power or funding. This petition is about ensuring police have the right powers to deal with riots and if their first efforts are ineffective, the use of rubber bullets, tear gas and water cannons.
