Its time to get tough on the rioters and looters who if un-checked will ruin this country and be responsible of the erosion of even more civil liberties. Its time they got scared and the only real deterrent is physical pain.
I propose that the government should investigate the use of judicial corporal punishments for those found guilty of burglary, vandalism and looting and any other anti-social behaviour.
