The government to enforce compulsory national service for all unemployed under 25's who are not in education or employment throughout the UK.

Following the rioting across the country in August 2011, it's clear that there are many young people who dont value the society they live in. Compulsory national service, will help them understand they can add value to the country and will learn to respect the rest of society.
