Introduce compulsory National Service for anyone aged 18 or over who is not in further education or meaningful employment.

Compulsory National Service would also be used as an alternative to prison in cases of petty crime, rioting or reoffending.

This would be funded by the reduction in paying out dole money or not having to keep them in prison and give individuals a sense of worth and belonging.
