Closed Introduce a small tax for people with +3 children.

Parents should be made more responsible for the resources they are using by having more than 3 children. If a person can afford to have more than 3 children they should also be able to afford a small tax. Also we have a poulation that is slowly growing out of control, therefore a mild deterent to having +3 children, would be a good idea in order to conserve our countries resources and keep our population in control.
